The property is well-maintained and quaint and the staff is very caring. The units are lovely, neat. The breakfast with local dishes and great coffee, for example is rich for what is offered. The location is central, really close to historic center, Right in the centre of the old town a short walk to tramline, and the coast from Canakkale. Would recomand this hotel, enjoyed our stay here: )

We arranged a drive to the airport through the hotel and it never showed up, but one of the hotel staff was super nice and drove us to the airport!!!

The air conditioner in the room stopped working part way through our stay. We told the staff about it, but nothing was done about it.

The location is fantastic, walking distance to almost all the main tourist attractions. We do not spend single cent for tram to go to the main attractions. Room is always clean when we were back to the room.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of the old city and close to most of the tourist attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the staff are very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The rooms are also comfortable and the breakfast offers a wide variety of local dishes.
